LV2’s row on the wiki is still blank — the dash is the honest record. What is documented is the curve: everything roughly doubles from LV1 to LV3 while the Agility drops, so the bigger version hits harder but slower.

How do you beat the Laundry Man?

• Darkness into Curse. The documented weakness pairing — see the combat guide for how weakness hits multiply. Both levels share it, so one coverage decision spans the whole event window.
• Read the kit, not just the numbers. Two skills are named: Induce Anxiety and Spin Cycle. What they do is undocumented, but a Curse-element enemy that induces anxiety is reason to keep your status clearing handy.
• Slower as it grows. The Agility drop from 6 to 0 means LV3 gives you the tempo back — the opposite of the Neighborhood Watcher problem. Big versions of this enemy are patient fights.

What does killing the Laundry Man get you?

The documented drop is the Large Coin Box — a straight payout, which together with the Bag Boy drops makes News Events a farm circuit rather than a threat. Upstairs at the Estates, the Flesh Girl holds the softest stat block in the records.
